When I start the laptop and hit escape, i get the following menu: F1 system information F2 system diagnostic F3 initial intel cira F7 hp sparekey F9 boot device option F10 bios setup When i hit F10 or F9, it takes me straight to the system diagnostics menu. F1 system information F2 start-up test.
